At Skywalker Trampolines, we want your family to enjoy every bounce with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Disassemble the trampoline and pack all components, including hardware and safety netting, into the original shipping boxes to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger enclosures.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment for all parts and quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
